Yard Maintenance

Proper yard maintenance is required by all home owners within the Association. Keeping your yard well maintained enhances the subdivision and provides value to all.

Requirements are clearly outlined in the Association Bylaws. In addition, the City of Miramar also has yard maintenance rules of which your are accountable to.

Parking on grass areas is prohibited. It kills the grass and violation is enforceable via our bylawas and City of Miramar Code Compliance.

Poor maintenance can cause citations by City of Miramar Code Compliance or other distress to the home owner through actions specified in the Bylaws.
