Pets & Children

Please be cautious when driving in Cinnamon Homes. There can be children at play at any time. Reminder that the speed limit is 5 miles per hour at all times.

Parents: Be responsible with your children. Playing on the streets is dangerous and not recommended. Parents are responsible for the actions of your children. The association is not responsible if your children are hurt playing in the streets.

DO NOT Allow your children to throw objects that can cause damage.
DO NOT Allow your children to loiter in the center circles.
DO TELL your children to pick up after themselves. Toys & trash left in the circles will be picked up and put into the trash.
DO NOT Allow your children to walk across or play on other residents lawn or driveways.

Pets are wonderful members of your family. Be responsible.

DO NOT Allow your pets to bark outside at night.
DO Pick up after them after they "do their duty".
DO have control of your pets when walking them.
DO have your dog on a leash at all times.
