Association goals

It is the goal of the association to provide the best possible environment to its residents.  We ask that all homeowners attend meetings, consider joining the board, and apply for a seat on the executive board.  These are voluntary positions and allow you to participate in decisions made that concern your home, neighbors, and local environment.

History, Culture, & Facts

History
Cinnamon Homes was officially registered in Broward County on January 30, 1979 by the developer. As an HOA we are bound by the by-laws of our association and the HOA laws of the State of Florida. We are required to uphold these rules for the benefit of all home owners. 

Assessments
As a Non-Profit, the annual assessments from our HOA are used to only pay legal, insurance, and maintenance fees. 

Revitalization of the HOA Covenants and Bylaws
Per our original documents, the association had to go through with a revitalization of the HOA Covenants and Bylaws which required a majority vote of the homeowners and then a full review and approval by the State of Florida.  This effort was completed and approved in November of 2016.
