2025 Annual Assessments:   $450  via Check or Zelle
In Full or 1st partial due:        Extended to 4/30/25. Late notices will be mailed out after May 20th with a $25 Late Fee. 
Final partial payment due:    10/10/25

*Only send documents to this address via the United States Postal Service. Other carriers, such as FEDEX or UPS, will not deliver to this address as it is only a mailbox.

NOTE FOR REALTORS AND BROKERS

1. To identify properties in the Cinnamon Home Owners Association please click here and review the Cinnamon Homes address list. Cinnamon Homes is between Bernard Street to the north, University Drive to the east and Miramar Boulevard to the south. These four circles contain all the homes in the Cinnamon Home Owners Association.

2. There is a $150 fee for each estoppel request. We will not answer estoppel requests for homes that are not in our association. There are multiple associations in Miramar and Pembroke Pines with Cinnamon in their name so please do your due diligence.

3. "For Sale" signs are not allowed to be displayed outside the house.  A "For Sale" sign may be posted in a window of the home.

4. Before reaching out to the Cinnamon Homes board of directors for help or questions, be sure you have the right association.
