ATT Fiber Installation - Job# A02W1NN
ATT has announced it will move forward to installing fiber in our community starting at the end of this year. The installation is underground and will require crews in our neighborhood with excavators. They will restore each area within three weeks of excavation start dates. NOTE FOR REALTORS AND BROKERS
1. To identify properties in the Cinnamon Home Owners Association please click here and review the Cinnamon Homes address list. Cinnamon Homes is between Bernard Street to the north, University Drive to the east and Miramar Boulevard to the south. These four circles contain all the homes in the Cinnamon Home Owners Association.
2. There is a $150 fee for each estoppel request. We will not answer estoppel requests for homes that are not in our association. There are multiple associations in Miramar and Pembroke Pines with Cinnamon in their name so please do your due diligence.
3. "For Sale" signs are not allowed to be displayed outside the house. A "For Sale" sign may be posted in a window of the home.
