The Association Treasurer is Edwin Londono
The treasurer is bound by the bylaws and maintains a financial record of the associations business transactions. This is a voluntary position and all our board members have other jobs.
Some financial information may be posted on this site. Any homeowner can request copies of the current financial report but you must do so in writing and allow at least 3-5 business days. There may be a nominal cost incurred to research and copy documents requested and payable by the homeowner requesting the information.
By Florida State Law the association must keep a certain amount of funds available as a reserve. The reserve is used for capital and emergency efforts as necessary.
The 2017 Annual Association Dues are: $350.00 per homeowner.

Capital Projects Notice
Cinnamon Homes will be starting fence replacement along University in 2017-2018. Exact start date is not yet determined. Insufficient dues were collected in 2017 to start, holding off until sufficient money collected. Homeowners will be advised in advance as soon as arrangements are made. We will also be looking for volunteers to help remove the old ficus along the fence on University. Look for announcements coming soon.
