Official Association Documents

The legal documents of our Association was provided to all registered homeowners of record during the HOA Revitalization effort that was approved by the State of Florida in November of 2016.   If for any reason you don't have a copy or have lost it, the board can provide you an additional copy for a small fee.

Each property owner is responsible to fully comply with the bylaws/ covenants, rules and regulations of both the HOA and City of Miramar. The homeowner of record is responsible for the actions of their family, vistors or tenants while within the confines of the Association.
